Aid stations

There will be aid stations at app. every 5 km and at the finish where you will get water, sports drink from Powerade and bananas. In addition to that will Coca Cola be served to marathon runners after 21.1 km.

For halfmarathon you will find the aid stations here;

• 5 km at Sjursøya after the roundabout on the left hand siden from Shell.
• 10 km, app. 10.2 km at Wesselsplass beside Stortinget.
• 15 km, app. 15.2 km at Skøyen Trainstation under the bridge.
• 18 km, app 18.2 km beside the roundabout at Tjuvholmen.
• 21 km after the finishing line at Akershus Fortress

For marathon you will find the aid stations here x 2 rounds;

• 5 km at Sjursøya after the roundabout on the left hand side from Shell.
• 10 km, app. 10.2 km at Wesselsplass beside Stortinget.
• 15 km, app. 15.2 km at Skøyen Trainstation under the bridge.
• 18 km, app. 18.2 km beside the roundabout at Tjuvholmen.
• 21 km uphill before passing the Akershus Fortress on the second lap,
• and after passing the finishing line inside the Akershus Fortress at 42 km.

For 10km you will find the aid stations here;

• app. 4,8 km at Wesselsplass beside Stortinget.
• 10km after the finishing line inside the Akershus Fortress.

For 3 km vil det være drikkestasjone på følgende steder;

• 3km after the finishing line inside the Akershus Fortress
