Team AKTIV - run for a good cause
Run with Grete Waitz charity team and support a good cause!
Whatever your goal is, be it 3 km, 10 km, a half marathon or a marathon, our goal is to inspire you to be more active and to share the buzz of the marathon experience with you. Personally, you will become fitter, feel better and more energized. In addition, by choosing to run with us, you can contribute to making someone else’s life a little better.
It costs 2400 NOK to participate in Oslo Marathon with Team AKTIV, of which 90% goes directly to the charity Aktiv mot Kreft (AKTIV against cancer). These contributions finance the establishing and developing of fitness and activity centers in the countries cancer hospitals. In addition the fee covers:
- Starting number for your chosen distance (3km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon)
- Team AKTIV track suit (jacket and tights) shorts and t-shirt, specially developed by Adidas for Team AKTIV.
- Grete Waitz’s book “Run your own marathon”.
- Invitation to a running seminar with Grete Waitz and other speakers.
- Meeting point and social activities before and after running.
